The goal of our mentorship programs is to pair up experienced Nova Scotian coaches with upcoming, committed coaches who are looking to grow in their roles, to increase the opportunities for coaches to work with other coaches to see what other contexts look like and to increase the success rates of upcoming coaches.
The goal of the Nova Scotia Community Coach Mentorship Program is to pair up experienced Nova Scotian coaches with upcoming, committed coaches who are looking to grow in their roles, to increase the opportunities for coaches to work with other coaches to see what other contexts look like and to increase the success rates of upcoming coaches.
All coaches accepted into the program will be required to take NCCP mentorship training online via Zoom.
